Our "Why"

After entering the painting industry in 2004, I worked for a mid-to-large company in Charlotte managing up to 12 crews at a time. While we had an excellent track record, I realized that as a company grows too large, personalized customer service inevitably declines.

I founded Platinum Painting in 2007 to merge the robust organization of a large company with the bespoke customer service of a boutique firm. That is why we strictly maintain only three veteran painting crews.

The Consultation (40-60 Mins)

We analyze rotted wood, caulking conditions, cracking, and the chemical breakdown of your current paint. We will determine if you are matching or changing colors. If changing, we will return to apply experimental samples directly to your home.

The Platinum Standard: All exterior projects feature a 60-year elastomeric sealant to waterproof against UV damage. All exterior painting projects come with a 3-year guarantee, and all stained decks receive a 1-year guarantee.

The Consultation (30-40 Mins)

We measure the space and discuss strategies for walls, trim, and ceilings. Estimates are available room-by-room or for the entire estate.

Color Mastery: We offer complimentary color consultations, analyzing light, undertones, and your decor goals. This includes a second visit to put physical color samples on your walls.
